And Charles and Ray Eames really rocked it. Literally as this chair shows, more than ever. The image shows an early example, with the highly sought-after “rope edge” shell made by Eames’ collaborator Zenith Plastics only for the first year of production. Spotted this wonderful item at the Sam Kaufmann Gallery. Check them out online<\/a>, it is really worth it.
